Lose and Reduce Belly Fat

no comment

I am promoting healthy and long term belly fat loss. Fat is not a good source of calories. I had to make better choices when eating and count my daily value of fat and know when to stop eating fat.

I get just the right amount and type of fat in my diet after reading Strip That Fat.

A diet low in saturated fat is necessary to reduce belly fat. This is true because fat is more dense in calories then a protein or carbohydrate. This means that fat contains 9 calories per gram while protein and carbohydrates contain 4 calories per gram. I can eat almost twice the number of calories from protein and carbohydrates as I can from fat. This is why I have to eat more of a fatty food to get the same amount of calories.

It takes fewer calories to digest fat then it does to digest carbohydrates and proteins. I want my body to burn more calories while digesting, not less! The reason why fat is so easy to digest is because it is already in its storage form. Only 3 percent of fat calories are burned during digestion, the rest is left in my body to store.

It’s not that I shouldn’t eat fat, but that I should make choices as to which fats to eat and not. For example, I can choose butter on my toast and skip the bacon. My body needs a certain amount of healthy unsaturated fats which are necessary for a good diet, but I shouldn’t have a diet that consists primarily of fat because of the inefficient value my body will get from it.

I can easily count the fat grams I am consuming by looking at the daily value percentage next to the grams of fat. If I eat two servings I multiply the percentage times two. This will let me know the percentage I am up to for the day. When I eat later on I add the percentage that I ate to the percentage I ate earlier. When that amount reaches 100% I’ve had enough fat for the day.

Keeping track of my fat helps me reduce belly fat. Strip That Fat guides me on just how to do this.

To burn belly fat it is necessary to make sure I get the most out of my calories and that I use the most calories during digestion. Fat is dense and has fewer calories per gram then protein and carbohydrates. Making healthy choices and eliminating some of the fat from my diet can make me successful at implementing a low saturated fat diet that I will get the most value from.

I burn abdominal fat through eating by following these suggestions: I eat super foods 5-6 times a day, avoid empty calorie foods, and I burn up to 70% of my calories by eating the right foods.

Eating the right foods helps me to feel more confident, be less stressed, and prevents diseases. I get the best results by eating these foods often. I eat super foods 5-6 times a day, drink green tea 5-6 times a day, and eat super foods.

I implement the right fat burning foods into my diet with Strip That Fat.

Super foods dramatically improve my lifestyle by providing my body the nutrients it needs to stay healthy. My body is extremely sensitive to what I feed it. Eating super foods helps me to burn belly fat because these foods increase metabolism and helps me burn my overall body fat.

If I eat empty calorie foods my body absorbs all the fat and cancer causing preservatives that a lot of foods on the shelf have in them. I have an uncommon diet of super foods like beans, blueberries, broccoli, oats, oranges, pumpkin, salmon, soy, spinach, tea, tomatoes, turkey, walnuts, and yogurt. These are all whole foods my body can process. Since I eat often my body stores less belly fat.

These foods give me an energy boost, but they also give me the least amount of calories and the most amount of nutrients. 70% of the calories my body burns are dependent on the types of foods I eat and the other 30% are dependent on the amount of physical activity I get.

Strip That Fat shows how eating the right foods is more important than exercise.

I burn belly fat by following the above suggestion: eat super foods 5-6 times a day, avoid empty calorie foods, and I burn most of my calories by eating the right foods. If I eat the right foods I don’t have to do as much physical activity.

I created a healthy lifestyle plan with Strip That Fat. It has given me the tools to change my body. All I needed was the desire and I put forth the effort and now my tight belly has reduced in size and I feel healthy and confident about my future.

How to Burn Off Abdomen Fat

My muscles burn calories throughout the day no matter if I’m sitting, running, or sleeping. It is how much muscle I have that determines how many calories I burn. Building muscle has increased the calories I can burn at rest and helps reduce my overall body fat and this has helped me target my belly.

I am building muscle and burning away my belly with Strip That Fat.

My body is constantly in need of energy to perform day to day functions. Fat takes up more room then muscle, but muscle burns fat away. If I consume a lot of calories from fat that means I am eating calorie dense foods. Calorie dense foods promote fat and I want to build muscle to burn away my belly fat.

I start increasing my muscle mass and metabolism by working with weights. My belly fat started burning once I create more muscle. I use a combined program of weight training and cardio to reduce my belly fat percentage.

I am not a body builder, but I do enough to keep my arms and body strong. I focused on toning my muscles for 10-15 minutes a day. I focus on high repetition and less weights. I also found walking with arm weights effective and then moved on to curls once my arms got stronger. I started out very gradually and began to increase the frequency as I progressed. My body got stronger and it reduced my belly fat.

I developed these habits gradually with Strip That Fat as my guide. It showed me how to develop my own personal routine that suited my tastes and preferences. I lost belly fat and kept it off with this program.

One very effective ways to reduce abdominal fat is high intensity interval training. Basically I would only work out for 15 minutes. During this time I would switch from walking to a hard jog. I would walk for 2-3 minutes and then run for 2-3 minutes. This type of exercise tricks the body into burning fat because it is being signaled to get ready for massive energy burn. In reality the amount of calories I was burning wasn’t very much, but I was burning fat during these short bursts.

I Exercise a Minimal Amount with Strip That Fat

In addition to regular exercise 2-3 times a week I make sure I eat foods that give me energy. A healthy diet is essential to belly fat loss because a healthy diet puts less demand on the body. There is less fat to store and more nutrients to use. A healthy diet and regular exercise reduces stress levels. Lower levels of stress reduces hormones that store belly fat.

I try to eat approximately 4-6 times a day on average. I strive to eat small meals about the size of my fist, sometimes larger if I’m hungry. I try to never feel full, but not hungry. Since I eat whole foods like broccoli, carrots, tomatoes, turkey, fish, and nuts eating a lot of these foods don’t damage the body like eating a couple big fast food burgers.

I Found Meals That Taste Good With Strip That Fat Diet Generator

Burning up belly fat for me was a combined effort of eating the right calories, doing the right type of exercise, and working a program into my schedule that worked for my lifestyle. Since losing belly fat is a lifestyle change I had to find a program that worked to teach me what would be ideal for me. When I started applying Strip That Fat I was able to start getting results.

Abdomen fat is very tricky to burn. The fat that I was able to burn was because of my persistence doing cardiovascular exercises. My main focus was on walking. I walk 20 minutes a day for 5 days a week. I made sure that I walked long enough to get my heart rate up. When my heart rate goes up it puts me in my fat burning zone. It’s at that point my body signals for me to start burning fat.

I Got to My Fat Burning Zone With Strip That Fat

Exercise reduces cortisol hormones and manages stress. This has allowed me to burn stubborn belly fat. Abdominal fat is difficult to burn because in order to burn it there needs to be regular physical exercise. Notice I said regular and not intense. When my body gets regular exercise I’m managing my stress better, eating better, and have more energy. This goes toward creating a higher metabolism.

Metabolism is how fast the body burns fat at a consistent rate throughout the day. Key to increasing belly fat burn rate is doing light to moderate weight training. I do simple curls and focus on high repetition with low weights. It gets my heart rate up, strengthens my muscles, and burns fat. When muscles are strong and in use it causes the body to have to fuel those muscles. Because of this need for fuel I burn more calories.

Since I am more active, when I do eat I focus on foods my body can process. I eat whole natural foods like fish, nuts, spinach, carrots, broccoli, tomatoes, cottage cheese, turkey, and whole grain pastas. These types of foods contain the most nutrition per calorie. Compare the nutrients in these foods opposed to just eating a nasty fast food burger.

My arms are strong and I can get through my day feeling good about myself. That’s what it’s all about.

I was able to develop a routine that suited my personality. Strip That Fat guided me to creating a exercise and diet that was right for my body. The fat located under the abdominal muscles are the most dangerous. This fat sits closest to internal organs. I have struggled with this type of fat for years. It is the most difficult to burn off. This fat store will commonly resist my attempts burn it away because hormones will tell my brain to store this fat. Stress will create more cortisol and increase insulin to manage fluctuating sugar levels. When this happens my belly gets tighter and more resistant to my efforts.

I Learned How to Make My Belly Fat Less Resistant With Strip That Fat

I started managing my stress better. Eating a healthy diet and getting regular exercise seems to be most effective. Diet and exercise used to me a lot of stress for me. Then I realized that it was essential to my dealing with stress and feeling healthy. I know this sounds ridiculous and maybe it’s been said before, but when I started changing the way I viewed diet and exercise it started to work for me. It wasn’t a chore anymore and I looked at it as a way to relieve stress and feel good about myself.

I Took the Chore Out of Losing Belly Fat With Strip That Fat

There are lots of great chemical reactions that occur in the brain during exercise. It has helped me boost my mood and most importantly I seek out exercise instead of eating myself to good feelings. This has benefited me because I am dealing with my stress in a healthy way instead of self destructive habit. Exercise is pro-active and eating to feel good is destructive. The reason why this is a key point when it comes to burning away fat around the abdomen is because stress, diet, exercise, and the managing of it all plays an important role in managing belly fat. When my belly is big and tight I’m not managing my stress. I probably ate something that I shouldn’t have or I stayed up too late the night before. Either way, my belly will pay for it in the morning.

Lose Cortisol Belly Fat

My cortisol levels affect my belly fat. Cortisol increases to better manage rising sugar levels. It increases insulin which reduces sugar levels in the blood. My cortisol increases when I’am under stress, don’t eat enough food, and don’t get enough sleep. It is crucial that I manage my stress, eat enough of the right types of food and get enough sleep.

I Manage My Stress Better With Strip That Fat

Physical and emotional stress can influence how I feel. The more stress in my life the more my body stores belly fat. The more belly fat I accumulate the greater my risks for other diseases. I try to get 7-8 hours a night on average.

Eating a healthy diet that is low in sugar made me successful at reducing belly fat. Eliminating carbs doesn’t work, but limiting carbs to whole grains with no processed sugars has worked wonders for me. Now that I don’t have refined sugars I have more energy and less sugar being converted to fat. When my blood sugar spikes so does my cortisol and insulin levels.

My Sugar Levels Are At A Healthy Level Because of Strip That Fat

I have eliminated my alcohol intake because it increases overall cortisol levels. When cortisol increases testosterone levels decrease. This causes the body to store visceral fat under my abdomen.

Caffeine increases cortisol so I have reduced and limited my coffee and black tea drinking. My body responds to this drug by alerting my body to fight back. I have to remove this drug from my body somehow. In order to do that my cortisol levels have to rise.

Reducing cortisol levels for me has been a continual process. Some days I’m more successful than others. What worked for me was developing an individualized plan that is specific to my body and habits. Strip That Fat helped me to develop such a plan.

The cortisol hormone is released in response to stress. Typically it is highest in the morning and lowest in the evening. It is most commonly present during fight or flight moments of stress. It helps regulate insulin release to manage blood sugar levels. I have found that high levels of insulin make my body store fat. High levels of cortisol can also have this effect. When I feel stressed it has an effect on my belly fat. The tightness in my belly is usually linked to how stressed I’m feeling.

I Reduced My Stress With Strip That Fat

I have successfully reduced my cortisol levels through a healthy diet and exercise. When I am under more stress than normal it is usually because my diet has slipped and I haven’t been including foods that are healthy for me. If I slack on regular exercise I also feel the extra added stress. This extra feeling of stress are my higher levels of cortisol. The healthier my diet and more physically active I am the more I manage my stress in a healthy way. If I don’t respond to managing stress then the stress will control me in a destructive way.

Here is a great video explanation of cortisol and the effect it has on the human body and how to manage.

Some other common problems with high levels of cortisol include immune system dysfunction, high blood pressure, insulin resistance, headaches, exhaustion, and higher levels of belly fat. The reason why so many problems with cortisol exists because it loses its intended purpose of getting me to react to my stress and manage it. When this is coupled with other lifestyle problems: bad diet, no exercise, and not getting enough sleep it’s not surprising to find that all of these hormones play a vital role in overall metabolic function.

Strip That Fat Helped Me Gain Control Over My Symptoms

Another way I manage my cortisol levels is related to my overall psychological well being. In addition to a health diet, exercise, and getting enough sleep I practice regular relaxation. Self hypnosis, writing, and listening to soothing music can also help reduce my overall stress levels. Unfortunately there is not one perfect solution to cortisol. Regulating stress and belly fat is a process of controlling many different aspects of consequential negative stress.

In order to burn belly fat I drink lots of water. The majority of the human body is made up of water. It is no surprise that drinking 6-8 glasses a day is recommended. Water aids in the digestive process. It purifies the body of toxins. Before I changed my habits I was really surprised at how much I needed to purify my body. I drink anything that has under 10 calories. For example, I drink diet sodas, tea, coffee (usually without cream or sugar) and carbonated flavored water.

Strip That Fat Showed Me the Importance of Drinking Water

I drink regularly throughout the day to help aid my food cravings. Many times when I feel hungry I can drink a 12 or 16 ounce glass of water with lemon and this will help me feel full for another hour or so. Another way I manage my belly fat is by drinking a large glass of water before eating. This helps me fill my stomach and prep it for the digestion process. I have found that not only do I eat less, but I feel fuller sooner.

In addition to getting the right fluids at the right time, I focus on avoiding foods that are high in sugar. I’m not talking about just foods that are obviously junk foods like cakes and deserts, but foods that are pastas, breads, and have 10% sugar per serving.Reducing sugar in my diet has been my most effective weapon against belly fat. Sugar turns directly into fat when it is not burned. I used to think that foods that were high in fat contributed to my weight gain. Over time I realized it really is the amount of sugar in the food. This would explain why I would eat low fat or no fat foods and still get belly fat. The answer is because these types of foods still have a ton of carbohydrates that basically go unburned. Unfortunately, all this unburned fat goes straight to my belly.

My Blood Sugar is at a Healthy Fat Burning Level Because of Strip That Fat

These blood sugar spikes caused my insulin levels to rise which tells my body to store fat. When I have just the right amount of sugar then I continue to burn fat as expected. Sugar levels that are too high can cause problems. Diabetics are not the only ones that should be concerned with blood sugar levels. It’s hard for me to respond to the rise and crash of such an unstable diet. It has reeked havoc on my belly fat causing me high blood pressure and making it difficult to get around.

I was able to plan and create a diet that suits my own individual needs. I used the Strip That Fat program to create the right meals and teach me the fundamentals to healthy, substantial, and continual weight loss. This program worked for me because I was determined to get a solution to my problem of over eating, belly fat, and unhealthy weight gain.

Control Belly Fat Diet

I have found a few effective ways to control my belly fat. One of the simplest is eating 4-6 meals a day. I realized my body is able to process the calories that I feed it when I put my attention on not getting too many calories per sitting. Instead of eating all my calories in 1-2 meals I stretched it out to 4-6 meals a day. It sounds like too often to be eating, but these are small meals. I might consider two servings of nuts and a fiber bar one meal. Sometimes just having an apple or banana can be considered one of my meals. I focus on portion sizes no bigger than my fist.

I Eat Often As Advised by Strip That Fat

I have found that my body processes my food better throughout the day. My metabolism is higher because I don’t have to sit and digest 1200-1500 calories at a time. Digestion is much more effective taking in 200-400 calories at a time.

Here is a great video on how to cut a pineapple. They make for a great snack throughout the day. I enjoy these regularly.

Another great way to control belly fat is by limiting my condiment use. I have found most toppings are loaded with carbohydrates and this will basically turn into fat. So now I eat my foods as plainly as possible. I have lost a lot of weight this way. Every calorie and gram of sugar adds up. Now when I do use toppings I follow the serving suggestion on the label. It’s not a lot, but I can still get the effect of the condiment without destroying my diet.

I’ve Gotten Control Over My Eating With Strip That Fat

Now when I eat I am careful never to feel full or stuffed. This can’t be over emphasized. I always make sure that I am satisfied and feel just a bit hungry. After awhile this has turned into my full feeling. I used to eat until I felt sick, but now I am more focused on eating to feel satiated.

I found these suggestions and was able to create a plan that worked for me. Everyone has different needs. The Strip That Fat diet program helps individuals develop plans that are effective and create long term weight loss. It has helped me control my belly fat and reduce my stress level.
